Detailing is a meticulous process that demands expertise, patience, and precision to safely clean and restore each vehicle to its optimal condition. Our goal is to return every vehicle to a like-new state—what we proudly call a “factory finish.” Achieving this standard requires a carefully tailored approach that takes into account the vehicle’s design, size, and overall condition. At Pristine, detailing goes beyond basic cleaning; we adhere to a structured process that prioritizes the least aggressive methods for each task. This approach guarantees exceptional results while safeguarding the vehicle’s finish from potential damage.

At many neighborhood car washes, low prices often reflect the level of care provided. While your vehicle may appear clean, these facilities rarely account for factors that can harm your paintwork, potentially leading to a dull finish. Over time, issues such as rust, oxidation, paint failure, and micro-scratches can arise.

I learned this firsthand with my 2012 black BMW coupe—a car I loved but didn’t fully understand how to care for. I regularly took it through automatic car washes with large brushes, unaware of the damage they could cause. Black cars, as we know, show dirt more quickly than others, and after a year or two, I noticed my once-glossy paint had become dull, covered in swirl marks and stubborn residues that wouldn’t come off despite frequent washes.

The harsh reality is that these brushes, used on hundreds of cars daily, accumulate dirt and debris, which can then be dragged across your vehicle’s surface, causing further damage. Imagine being the 101st car in line—your vehicle is exposed to all the grime left behind by those before you, combined with the aggressive pressure of the brushes. That’s not the level of care your vehicle deserves.
